Principal & President
As the Principal Agent and President of our company, I’m driven by a strong commitment to doing things the right way and providing the best service possible. With years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve built my career on focus, dedication, and staying grounded in my faith. I’m a husband, a proud dad to a baby boy, and someone who believes in leading with purpose and integrity. For me, it’s all about putting people first, serving with honesty, and working hard every day to make a positive impact—for our clients, our team and our community.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether we’re relaxing at home or enjoying the outdoors. I also love being on the lake whenever I can and make staying active through regular workouts a priority to keep both my body and mind in top shape.
Caity Sedlock
Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, I handle the behind-the-scenes details to help keep things running smoothly around here. I’ve always loved bringing order to chaos--in the best way--and I genuinely enjoy supporting a team and making sure everything gets done right.
At home, I’m a wife, a mom to a sweet baby boy who’s about to turn one (how is that even possible?!) and a dog mom to two very spoiled pups. Faith plays a big part in my life— it’s where I find strength, patience, and perspective, especially in the busy seasons. Whether I’m at my desk or chasing my little one around the house, I try to lead with love and stay grounded in what really matters.

Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager with Sedlock Insurance Agency, I bring more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on personal lines insurance. Throughout my career, I have built my expertise around helping clients understand their coverage options and providing thoughtful, personalized service to meet their individual insurance needs.
I take pride in building lasting relationships with clients and being a trusted resource they can rely on. My extensive industry experience, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service allow me to guide clients through their insurance needs with confidence and professionalism.

Jamie Lofgren
Account Manager
As an Account Manager with Sedlock Insurance, I enjoy helping clients navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they feel confident in their coverage. I have been a licensed insurance agent since 2013, with experience in both personal and commercial insurance.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Tennessee, I'm a true Southeast Tennessee girl and proud to call this beautiful area home. My greatest joy is my 17-year-old-son, Rees, who will graduate from Cleveland High School in 2027. One of my favorite things is watching him perform with his band.
When I'm not working, you will usually find me spending time with Rees, traveling with my Boyfriend Devin, or taking care of my Labradoodle Falkor, and cat, affectionately known as Mr. Kitty Cat. I also love being outdoors and taking advantage of everything East Tennessee offers. Whether I'm paddleboarding, rafting, or hiking in my backyard-The Great Smoky Mountains-I'm happiest when I'm outside enjoying the beauty of home.
Trevor Jones
Insurance Agent
As an Insurance Agent with Sedlock Insurance Agency, I enjoy helping individuals and families navigate their insurance options with confidence. I believe insurance is about more than policies and coverage. It’s about getting to know people, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them find coverage that fits their needs and protects what matters most.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our four kids, staying active in my church and with F3 Chattanooga, and cheering on the Vols. Whether I’m talking insurance, spending time with family and friends, or catching a game, there’s a good chance I’ve got a cup of coffee in hand.
