Principal & President
As the Principal Agent and President of our company, I’m driven by a strong commitment to doing things the right way and providing the best service possible. With years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve built my career on focus, dedication, and staying grounded in my faith. I’m a husband, a proud dad to a baby boy, and someone who believes in leading with purpose and integrity. For me, it’s all about putting people first, serving with honesty, and working hard every day to make a positive impact—for our clients, our team and our community.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether we’re relaxing at home or enjoying the outdoors. I also love being on the lake whenever I can and make staying active through regular workouts a priority to keep both my body and mind in top shape.
Caity Sedlock
Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations, I handle the behind-the-scenes details to help keep things running smoothly around here. I’ve always loved bringing order to chaos--in the best way--and I genuinely enjoy supporting a team and making sure everything gets done right.
At home, I’m a wife, a mom to a sweet baby boy who’s about to turn one (how is that even possible?!) and a dog mom to two very spoiled pups. Faith plays a big part in my life— it’s where I find strength, patience, and perspective, especially in the busy seasons. Whether I’m at my desk or chasing my little one around the house, I try to lead with love and stay grounded in what really matters.
John Fitzgerald
Vice President of Sales
As the Vice President of Sales here at Sedlock Insurance Agency, I’m here to help our clients make sense of insurance options available and identify the coverage that fits their lives. I believe in keeping things simple, clear and focused on what matters most to you. I pride myself on providing education and identifying the necessary protections for our clients, ensuring peace of mind as our clients go about their daily lives.
Outside the office I love to spend time with my wife, son, and dogs. I enjoy photography and watching sports with family & friends.

Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager here at Sedlock Insurance Agency, I assist with client management and servicing our amazing customers to ensure each account is taken care of--and everything is running smoothly!
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy playing ukulele, hanging out with my dogs, working in the garden or spending time with our chickens--they definitely keep things interesting!
Peyton Earwood
Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Sedlock Insurance Agency, I work closely with clients to manage their day-to-day insurance needs and help ensure everything stays organized and running smoothly. I enjoy building relationships, answering questions, and making insurance simple, clear, and easy to understand so clients feel confident in their coverage.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and staying busy with hobbies like gardening and quilting. I’m newly married and love spending time with my husband and our dogs.
Owen Parker
Insurance Agent
As an Agent here at Sedlock Insurance Agency, I help clients understand the different insurance products available to them, and help them find the best coverage that fits their needs. I strive to make the insurance shopping process simple, quick, and easy.
Outside of work, I love Tennessee Volunteer sports, cars, and am a soon-to-be girl dad!
